With Unveiled Faces Beholding the Glory of God

LOVE NEVER FAILS

The love of the Father should be my motivation for anything I do or say. We are likened unto a body, the body of Christ, with Jesus being the Head. We are likened onto a building, with Jesus being the chief

cornerstone. (see Eph 2:19-22)

We are exhorted to earnestly desire the best gifts in 1 Cor 12:31, but there is also a more excellent way. It is the way of God's love. Without having the love, Jesus has for His church and the world, we lack the right motivation to minister one to another and to the world. Jesus is our role model and He loved unconditionally. He asked us to come to Him and learn of Him, especially those who are heavily worried and burdened.

I am exhorted to love my brethren, my neighbors and to even love my enemies, but above all to love God. Without Jesus being my first love, I can easily walk away from what Jesus is directing me to do....loving God with all my soul, heart, mind and strength and then loving my neighbors as myself. (see Matthew 22:37-39).

Wow, I even need God's love to do that, it all starts and ends with HIM! As I am rooted and grounded in His love and enter into His rest, I can fulfill my purpose and destiny. The love and ministry comes from deep within where we are rooted and grounded in His love and word; as the seed has fallen unto prepared ground, where much nourishment can produce a hundredfold return. (see Matthew 13..Parable of the sower). Otherwise, my heart motives can become tainted by selfish ambition and the works of the flesh.

Living in the love of God and entering into His rest brings restoration to our souls and our cups literally run over. In His love we flourish as we live in intimacy with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

BECOMING MATURE SONS AND DAUGHTERS BY WALKING IN THE SPIRIT

To be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (Romans 8:6). We are exhorted to walk in the Spirit of the Lord always and not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Gal 5:16). Living in the love of God and walking in His Spirit, causes us not to sin against others and keeps us centered upon Jesus.

Returning to our first love and seeking the kingdom of God and His righteousness first, develops the abundant life within us and ultimately flows out of us.

Much of Christendom has pursued carnal living and church systems and organizations have robbed the reality of intimately relating to God and walking in the Spirit. A veil has literally been placed upon the eyes and ears of those who have followed organizations and religious laws, instead of walking in the liberty by which Christ has made us free (see Gal. 5:1).

We are not under law but under grace and we can come boldly into the throne room of Grace. God's perfect love drives out all fear and we can walk in His Spirit and enjoy abundant life in Jesus Christ.

WITH UNVEILED FACES BEHOLDING THE GLORY OF THE LORD

In 2 Cor 3, we can read about the veil placed upon the minds or hearts of those who are under the law. vs. 16 Nevertheless, when one turns to the Lord, the veil is lifted or taken away.

In a vision, I was in the tomb where Jesus was laid after His body died. At first it was dark in the tomb, then suddenly the glory of God, the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit, appeared along with many angels and Jesus' body was resurrected from the dead. I saw Jesus removing the face cloth, which was placed on His face and around His head, and He ever so gently and lovingly folded it and placed it not with His burial cloths, but in a place by itself. (see John 20:7).

I witnessed His resurrection and will never forget the impact this had on my walk with Him. The removal and folding of the face cloth signifies the face to face encounters we can have through His sacrifice and the transformation that occurs within us.

"We all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. (see 2 Cor 3:18).

PREACHING CHRIST JESUS THE LORD

A love revolution will be seen in the streets of cities in nations. This love of God captures the hearts of the unbelieving and causes people to be confronted with the glory (power and presence) of God.

While sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with people, I have seen how the Holy Spirit apprehended them and started to do a quick work in their hearts. The glory of God comes upon them and those who are intoxicated become sober, as well as dull ears open up to hear the truth. A visible transformation happens as they ask Jesus into their hearts.

When we preach Christ Jesus the Lord, the veil is lifted .......2 Corinthians 4:4 "whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them."

"The people living in the darkness have seen a great light: on those living in the land of the shadow of death a Light has dawned." Matthew 4:16

You, as a son or daughter of God, can bring the light and glory of Jesus Christ into the darkness were death seems to reign, and see the captives set free, the blind can see and the dead are raised from death to abundant life in Jesus Christ!

The glory of God will shine on your face reflecting what you have been gazing upon....the face of JESUS! Others will see His glory and be drawn to HIM.

It is not about the way I look or dress, nor the right Bible verses I use, nor the way I approach someone, but it is by preaching Christ Jesus the Lord and allowing His glory and light to penetrate and lift the blindness off the peoples' mind. It is such a joy to flow with Him.....

FREEDOM!
